What's up? (March Update)


Hey, what's up gamedevs and gamers? It is March and about time for an update.

I am currently writing this during a downtime at work (my new job), due to a power outage.

February was a very busy month and I was not able to get as much as I wanted done with my game, however I have made some updates to my code to optimize the game further, specifically in the realm of asset streaming. Asset streaming should be less buggy than the older versions and the climbing/parkour system should be relatively stable.

I did not get a chance to implement the audio system, but I am planning to work on this over the weekend as I don't have a lot of time during the week due to work. I intend to pull over some of the code from my previous prototype to jumpstart progress with stuff I already made before. I hope that you all understand and I want you to know that I am working hard to push out some new releases throughout the month.
